Admin & Accounting
・Support job to set up the company (i.e) submission of the forms is required by Malaysia laguration.
・Support ad-hoc administrative job for Directors and Staffs
・Ensure proficiency and effectiveness Accounts Receivable operation
・To review suppliers transaction and settlement.
・Perform bank reconciliation
・Provide ad-hoc administrative support on an as required basis.
・Do the request from Accounting company about accounting tasks
・Prepare document to send to Tax and Account agent
・Making payment voucher and receive voucher if any
・Check internet Banking and work with Banks
・Making report to HQ
・Work with SCSG about Financial Report
・Do PIT calculation
・Prepare data for salary calculation
・ Do some payment request via internet banking
・Do some admin task such as: order stationary, booking hotel, booking air ticket, buying somethings for office
Sales Co
・Support sale to make sale documents: payment request...and check Sales Document if any
・General support for sales cordinate activities which follow by Management or sales person .
・Placing Order Management (including order management through the manufacturing web).
・Receiving Order Management (including adjustment for delivering time through liaising with clients).
・Inventory Control (giving shipping instructions to warehouse through liaising with warehouse).
・Issuing Invoice.
・Issuing DO
・Issue debit note and credit note
・Communication with warehouse to delivery and goods receive
・Other ad-hoc duties might be required.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
・1-2 years of relevant experience as Admin or Sales Coordinator
・Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
・Experience of using Google Applications (such as Gmail, Spread sheet, Google doc)
・Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel・English and Japanese language (above N2)
