・To assist in all aspects of the mall management including but not limited to leasing and tenant relations, business planning and financial management, facilities and operational management, inspection, and safety functions.

・ To assist in developing the conceptualization of leasing plan and strategies including but not limited
to the development of attractive leasing packages, merchandising mix plan, product placement plan
and tenant bundling.

・Constantly look out for the latest retail concept / brands / products and services, and to ensure that
the merchandising mix of tenants achieves the positioning of the project as a lifestyle destination for
retail, F&B, and leisure activity.

・To assist in background checks on potential tenants to evaluate their credit status and records to
determine if they are eligible occupy a building.

・Tenancy Negotiations and Confirmation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Strong business acumen with good technical knowledge of mall leasing management.

• Ability to handle marketing activities, tenant’s communications, leasing of offices in retail and
commercial property market.

• Sound knowledge in market research/survey and compilation of data.

• Resourceful and self-driven with high level of integrity and professionalism.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication abilities.

• Good negotiation skills, highly motivated, strong leadership qualities, and results oriented.

• Possess analytical skills, efficient, and accurate with details.

• Sound knowledge in market research / survey and compilation of data.

• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure and meet targets / deadlines.
