(1) Reporting
1.1. Monthly sales and A/R Collection
1.2. Distributor’s problem and issue solving
1.3. Sales Data analysis when needed.

(2) Coordinating
2.1.To communicate with distributor relating to sales, A/R collection,
documentation, goods delivery arrangements,
2.2.To communicate with logistics department relating to delivery details and schedule,
2.3.To communicate with marketing department on all A&P material,
2.4.To generate documentation, SAP familiarization and filing.

(3) Market environment & relationship building
3.1. To understand market condition and activities related to specific accounts
3.2. To strategies and develop marketing activities and campaign with Distributors
3.3. To build strong and reliable relationship between company and Distributors

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma or Degree graduated from related field.

✓Preferrable with 1 year working experience in sales. However, fresh graduate is also encouraging to apply who seriously wish to build their career from bottom up.

✓Excellent comprehension skills.

✓Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and social media savvy.

✓ Good team player who has positive working attitude, enthusiastic and reliable.

✓Knowledge in sports (golf) and social marketing will be added advantage.

✓Required to travel within Malaysia or provide long distance support for sales team member who is on business trip.
