Department: Operations Department

Position: Officer/Senior Officer (1 position only)

• In charge of Operations Department (Trade Finance / Loan)

• Support BAU Trade Operations as per the financial instruments applicable e.g. Letter of Credit, Documentary Collection, Trade Financing Tools (BA/TR/Forfeiting) for Import and Export and Bank Guarantee.

• Provide operations and admin support for Non- Trade Finance product such as Loan/ Audit confirmation and RMA related etc

• Reporting related to Trade Finance, Loan or RMA such as Daily, monthly and yearly

• Multi-tasking provide support to another team

• Prefer candidate who has experience for banking operation, especially Foreign currency
remittance & familiar with Foreign Exchange Administration Rules (FEA Rules) / Swift & BNM Paynet Guideline

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• At least 2 years relevant banking experience in Trade Operations and exhibit strong capabilities in the following areas:

i. Experience and knowledgeable in Trade Finance Products is an advantage

ii. Good Understanding of UCP rules. ISBP and types of swift messages is an advantage

• Meticulous, thorough and supportive oriented

• Familiar with MS Office Application) Eg: Outlook, Excel, Words), T24 system is an advantage

• Proactive and good team player, ability to communicate effectively with team members and counterparties

• Able to adapt to fast pace working environment
