・ Cultivate and find new customers and sell FA equipment.

・ Establish relationships with new customers

・ Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

・ Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

・ Identify and respond to client needs of Factory Automation

・ Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in

・ Follow up on customer orders as necessary to Supplier

・ Anticipate the needs of customers and Suggest for FA Product them accordingly

・ Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate

・ Attend a weekly sales meeting

・ Appropriate monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison.

・ Health and safety adherence

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

･ Must have a minimum of three(3) years experience in a Sales or an Engineerring for FA role

･ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

･ Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds

・ Ability to take initiative and work independently

・ Exceptional organizational skills

・ Willingness to absorb new knowledges.

･ Able to follow instructions and take action accordingly

・ Show attention to detail

･ Punctual

・ Proficiency with sales management software and MS Office ( WORD,EXCEL,PowerPoint）

・ Bachelor’s degree

・ Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

・ Strong organizational skills

・ Ability to speak to Japanese (N1 or N2)

・ Private vehicle can be used for business activities
