・Front desk support

・Process and enter information into system and database, converting physical form into computerise data in specific form

・Identifying, correcting, and reporting data entry errors, able to communicate with the team if there are issues

・Support marketing team in variety of tasks [In-house Events, Catalogue Management]

・Daily progress monitoring and report consolidation (whenever required)

・Perform other clerical task as ad-hoc, filling, copying, etc

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's degree in ANY background, preferably Business related background

✓No work experience required, Fresh Graduates are very welcome to apply

✓Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin.

✓Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients

✓Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and etc)

✓Good attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines

✓Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills

✓Position requires extensive use of the telephone with basic customer service skills /phone etiquette

✓Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and willing to learn technical information provided in trainings

✓Knowledge of logistics and inventory controls will be added advantage

✓Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and other design & video editing software will be added advantage
