•Provide administrative/secretarial support and communicate with others branches.
•To work closely with the HR & Admin Manager on all the Admin related matters.
•To assist the HR & Admin Department on filing and data entry.
•Upkeep employee personal files and records.
•To coordinate and administer recruitment activities if needed.
•To arrange printing of office documents.
•To compile data and statistical information on office expenditure or other related reports upon request.
• To assist in office administration (stationery, office equipment, upkeep and maintenance, cleaning service, refreshments, etc)
•Arrangement & planning Team building / Training Activities.
•Performing administrative and clerical tasks.
• Performing any other duties or assignment as and when directed by HR & Admin Manager.
•In the future to promote to handling HR matters.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓bachelor's degree in business Admin
✓1-2 years working experience in Admin/HR related
✓Experience in prepare admin report
✓Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and power point
✓ Most important element: Have basic business manner, good time management and interpersonal skills & detailed oriented
