Department: Operations Department – TT/Rentas Team

• Provide operations, admin support, clearing & settlement of both local and overseas remittance payment transaction, eg: Rentas and SWIFT;

• Support in adhoc/admin tasks assigned;

• Multi-tasking & providing support to other teams within the same business unit, liaising with other departments to resolve investigations in local;

• Ensure compliance to Remittance Policies, Manual& Guidelines and Service Level Agreement;

• Preferably, the candidate to have experience in banking operations, especially Foreign currency remittance & familiar with Foreign Exchange Policy Notices / SWIFT & BNM/Paynet guideline

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor Degree with experience in Banking Industry: payment operation (Rentas and SWIFT).

✓ Meticulous, thorough and supportive oriented

✓ Familiar with MS Office Application) Eg: Outlook, Excel, Words)

✓ Proactive and good team player, ability to communicate effectively with team members and counterparties

✓ Able to adapt to pace working environment
