•Attend to loan documentation for sub sale and project commercial banking.

•Assist in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to sub sale and project conveyancing and loan documentation from the initial stage till the completion stage.

•Attend to various government authorities, bankers, agents.

•Prepare status report and all other legal work assigned by the firm.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least 5 years’experience is required.

✓Well-organized, responsible and able to do multitask.

✓Attentive to details and well organized.

✓Advantage to candidate who know Mandarin / Cantonese.
