・Manufacturing and processing in their own central kitchen to guarantee food safety and quality
・Practice just-in-time production based on daily sales forecasts and deliver the minimum amount as fresh as possible to each restaurants
・Cut and fry meat, make sauce
・Avoid surplus inventory and keep waste from food ingredients to a minimum and treat it efficiently
・Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and key in of the documents
・Ensure the accuracy and on time delivery of raw materials/items for operations
・Ensure the accuracy of the inventory records
・Any other tasks assigned by management
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓2-year experience
✓Computer literate (MS-Excel)
✓Responsible and committed to meet reporting deadline
✓Meticulous and careful
✓Team player
✓Good communication and inter-personal skills
✓Work closely together with Supply Chain department
