• Provide technical expertise to support IT infrastructure especially in IT Platform support throughout the Lifecyle.
• Apply deep technical knowledge to administer one or more technology areas in system administration, security, performance and availability management.
• Integrates technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and for customers.
• Contribute to quality and productivity improvement projects, providing analysis of information and documentation.
• Understand a customer's complex organizational structure and support processes, with multiple regions, countries, sites, contact points, processes, people, cultures, etc.
• Proactively learn new technologies, processes and other skills, able to proactively search for solutions from knowledge bases, support documentation, and other information resources. Keen interest in continual learning and professional development.
• Provide training and documentation on area of expertise and new technology.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Bachelor's degree in IT discipline from universities/colleges, or equivalent work experiences.
• 4 ~ 5+ years’ experience within IT operations of infrastructure services support, operations monitoring and end user support.
• Professional certification such as Wintel/UNIX/VMWare/Azure/AWS/Oracle VM/SQL/EMC/NetApp/O365.
• Excellent communication in Japanese at least certified with JLPT Level 1/N1 or BJT J2 (advantage)
• Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes, preferably ITIL trained.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Independent and able to work with little or no supervision
