Identify, analyse and develop new business opportunities in a variety of industry segments for JCBI

Develop new business opportunities in Malaysia with Fintech companies and Financial Institutions in ASEAN region

Work with the Country Manager and Managing Director to prepare a robust operating plan, sales targets and accurate
business forecasts so that budgets and forecasts are consistently met & exceeded.

Drive key customer meetings, negotiate commercial terms, contracts and close deals with enterprise merchants, strategic partners, local switches and external vendors to grow acceptance

Develop and maintain strong client relationships with executive level decision makers

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve results

Drive ATM and POS projects across territory

Projects manage initiatives – from concept through to implementation

Manage the Merchant Maintenance exercise

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓8+ years experience in business development experience and project management

✓Experience in POS and ATM roll out advantageous

✓Demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment across multiple geographic locations

✓Excellent writing and presentation skills, extensive experience in communicating in international environment at senior management level

✓Strong negotiation and influencing skills

✓Organization and time management skills; ability to multi-task

✓Business Case development, including financial analytics

✓Ability to work collaboratively

✓Business Acumen

✓Results orientation

✓Solid solution development skills and effective working both independently and in a team environment

✓Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
