・Machine Installation and set up at client factory

・Facilitate and resolve customer’s technical issues up to closure with proactive and effective communication.

・Provide technical support to client side

・Troubleshoot Analyser or Inspection Machine when breakdown

・To conduct on maintenance and repair of the machines or facilities.

・Liaise with sales staff

・Establish detailed inspection, service, and report

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical Engineer

✓At least 3 year’s experience as a service engineer in Semicon manufacturing

✓Hands on experience on trouble shooting on machinery

✓Proven presentation and communication skills with an analytical mindset

✓Candidate must possess own transportation
