・Responsible for the technical upgrade and maintenance of the quantitative system;

・ Responsible for maintaining the online server, making optimization plans from the code, JVM and other levels according to the server status provided by the operation and maintenance, and executing them;

・ Responsible for reasonable architecture design, refactoring, research and development ofJava/Python projects;

・ Complete the business needs proposed by the business party on time and with high quality;

・ Responsible for solving technical problems such as high concurrency, high stability, andlarge data volume processing in the service;

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓More than 5 years of experience in Java development, familiar with system design CAPprinciples, and experience in design and development of high-concurrency and high- availability systems;

✓Familiar with commonly used data structures and algorithms;

✓Proficiency in Java language, strong learning ability, familiarity with Python/NodeJS andother languages is better;

✓ Solid understanding of Java foundation, basic frameworks such as multi-threading, collection, thread pool, etc., familiar with Spring, MyBatis and other open sourceframeworks, and have a deep understanding of JVM;

✓ Proficiency in MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, in-depth understanding of MySQL index, experience in SQL tuning and cache tuning;

✓ Those who have experience in the blockchain industry or have a certain understanding ofblockchain, Web3, Ethereum, etc. are preferred. Those with experience in Internetfinance, exchanges, futures trading, and big data are preferred;

✓ Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, be good at communication, activelyintegrate into the team, be able to express your own ideas, and be able to respond tosuperiors immediately when online
