This position is a secondment to Asahi Quality and Innovations after joining Asahi Breweries.
Promotion of collaboration with RHQ (Regional Head Quarters: overseas management centers of the Asahi Group) companies.
Designing a framework for jointly addressing group issues (developing technology for basic research), formulating individual strategies, managing their execution, and following up on results implementation.

Asahi Group's research consists of research and development organizations of each business company responsible for research and development directly related to business, such as product development and quality management, and research institutes of Asahi Quality and Innovations Co., Ltd., which address research themes that lead to the mid- to long-term development of the company through domestic and overseas business companies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

English: Business level or above
Utilized during meetings with overseas branches
Japanese: Business level or above（N２）
Background in science or related field
Those who have studied food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, agriculture-related technology, etc.
Majors/researchers/technical sales with a science background

Experience in collaborating with overseas branches, planning and developing R&D projects, and project management.
