【Back ground】Expand the buisiness
【Business】
This business is a company that handles the layout of shelves and the sale of furniture during store development. The main target is retail stores such as convenience stores and supermarkets. Currently, the existing team is very busy due to an increase in new store openings.
【JD】
For the first 6 months after joining the company, you will be working as an assistant to the current sales team. Specifically, your responsibilities will include inputting orders into the ordering system, coordinating with suppliers, arranging for shipping and confirming deliveries, managing Excel spreadsheets, creating estimates, and providing support for creating presentation materials.After understanding the business, you will work as a salesperson. In addition to providing sales support, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and selling to existing ones. Your duties will include creating presentation materials, approaching new clients, managing order figures, handling complaints, visiting businesses, reviewing contracts, confirming payments, confirming delivery dates for shipping, and proposing layout changes for stores.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
At least 3 years sales experience
Must speak Mandarin , English and Malay.
