A. Statement of Duties
To process and input the designed product's (IC socket) parts/components data into the company's system, and to ensure that all socket products can be delivered to the sales office / customer on time as well as to carry out the administration tasks assigned by Manager.
(I) Main Duties (Purchasing task)
• To receive sales order list of the day from sales and judge which order to be issued to factory for production
• At the same time, parts requirement sheet will be issued to assembly subcontractors to confirm which parts need to be supply toassembly subcontractors for their production.
• To place order for PRS, UWI, and safety stock which instructed by company's PIC.
• Price registration
(II) Administration Task (assigned by Manager)
•To check purchasing quantity that generated by system every morning (local purchasing portion only)
•To check and reply vendor name to our Japan team for new parts (local purchasing portion only),
if they asking confirmed vendor name
•To send RFQ to our exsiting vendors (local purchasing portion only)
•To input the delivery schedule in SAP (local purchasing portion only)
•To purchase necessary parts from E-commerce site
•To prepare documents assigned by Manager (Excel and or PowerPoint, depending on subject)
(III) Other and Miscellaneous
•Filling/ saving related documents in good order
•Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager (making document for internal approval, making daily report)
•Preparing necessary documents for external/internal audit
•Reports all irregular issues and problems to senior staff/Manager
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
•Diploma and or above
•Organized, meticulous and multitasking person
•Positive attitude
•Good spoken English and Mandarin (Job Scope includes China and Taiwan suppliers)
•Japanese language skill ( N1 or N2)
•Basic understanding of purchase, quotation and inventory procedures
•At least 3 (three) years experience in a similar position
•Basic understanding electronics knowledge (to purchase cooling fan, heater, Molex connector &etc)
•Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheet.
•Knowledge on SAP preferred
•Proficient in oral and written communication in English
•Good team player and able to work in a high-stress environment
