• Provide Operations, Admin support, clearing & settlement of local payment transaction. Eg: eSPICK, IBG, JomPAY, RPP, Direct Debit and etc

• Multi-tasking & providing support to other teams within the same business unit, liaising with other departments to resolve investigations in TT/Rentas products

• Ensure compliance to BNM & Paynet Policies, Manual & Guidelines and Service Level Agreement

• Preferably, the candidate to have experience in banking operations, especially Cash BOP

• Reporting and BNM/Paynet guideline.

• Support in adhoc/admin tasks assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Familiar with MS Office Application) Eg: Outlook, Excel, Words)

✓ Proactive and good team player, ability to communicate effectively with team members and counterparties

✓ Able to adapt to fast pace working environment

✓Bachelor Degree with experience in Banking industry: payment operation (eSPlCK, IBG' RPP, account services related)
