・ Support in treasury and fund management functions including processing of payments, fund transfer, placements, disbursement of financings and cash flow projection

・ Support in funding and banking facilities related matters including drawdown, rollover, repayment, tracking of profit/interest and preparation of reports to lenders

・ Perform change of signatories, opening/closing of bank accounts and any other bank accounts related matters

・ Maintain good relationship with banks, investors, and other financial institutions regarding treasury matters

・ Review terms and conditions of various debt facility documents

・ Prepare budget, monthly management reports and other periodical / statutoryreports

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent

✓ Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in corporate treasury

✓ Experience in handling bank loans and its documents and managing cash flow

✓ Adaptable to change and can be depended upon to complete the assignments conscientiously with minimum supervision

✓ Good in time management, able to prioritise and deliver high quality work within strict deadlines
