・Contribute to key strategies and initiatives within the Sales Planning process, including the broader Demand Planning remit

・Work with all members of the Demand Planning team to ensure processes are continually challenged and improved upon, gaining business knowledge and offering opinion at all times

・Continually develop SAP knowledge in order to understand the supply chain and how this impacts on own role

・Support sales team by preparing marketing materials (e.g. POP, Leaflet, etc.), and preparing market analyzed data

・Expertise in data analyst for organizing data related to sales numbers and utilize technical expertise to ensure data is accurate and high-quality.

・Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data

・Work with management in coordinating and planning activities to improve runtime.

・Investigate production issue and analyze root caused by providing the solution.

・Maintaining an efficient work evironment while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

・Assisting in the implementation of Sales Strategy as prepared by the Sales Team.

・Preparing data analysis by monthly & yearly upon request.

・Common task for Manager as per listed in General JD for Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager Level

・Be sensitive in changes on market trends, and sharing among the team

・Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing and inventory.

・Participating in any company’s events

・Assist to develop new market.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Language (English, Malay & Mandalin)

✓Skills: Statistical analysis, MS Office, SAP

✓Fresh graduated from University or Experience in business 3-5 years

✓Good in written and communication skills, interpersonal skill
