・Meeting/ report/ liaise with Japan HQ about finance/account related enquiries in Japanese.

・Understand/ comply with the company finance/account rules & policy in Japanese.

・Prepare payments and telegraphic transfers to overseas suppliers etc. Monitor and update all payments made.

・Maintain a full set of accounts, ensuring smooth month-end closing with minimum errors within the timeline given.

・Assist in statutory audit, compliance, and banking compliance.

・Assist in the company annual audit process, compliance and tax submission.

・Responsible for overall accounting and reporting functions that includes preparation of financial statements, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow and management accounts.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Degree in Accounting/Finance.

✓ Obtained JLPT N2 and above. Confident in communicating with Japan HQ.

✓ Language required: Japanese, English & Malay.

✓ Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
