JOB DETAILJob Details
・Experience the marketing position for at least 2 years or more
・Experiences in both traditional marketing (offline) and digital marketing (online)
・Have the basic understanding of the Branding
・Plan, inform and execute the short-mid-long term marketing strategy to penetrate Kewpie Brand, based on the company objective and strategy
・Support Company Sales through the marketing function
・Collect the data through the marketing activity, and analyze and utilize this data to achieve the company objective
・Nurture and grow new marketing members, and communicate with top management to form stronger marketing team
・Love and understand the company Culture
・Plan the Strategy to expand and build the brand overall in Malaysia
・Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
・Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and strategy
・Rebuild the structure of marketing department (together with management and colleague)
・Overseeing the company's marketing budget
・Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand plans to establish and increase brand presence in the market such as media activities, branding
events including road shows and product launches in line with company and HQ objectives
・Responsible in developing promotional materials, including company brochure, flyer, menu booklet, product packaging, and other sales aids
・Handling all customer service concerns on a daily operation basis via in-bound calls or social media pertaining to general enquiries, complaints,
comments, feedback and other raising issue related to company’s information and products and to share with related PIC
・Managing company’s official Facebook page, Instagram, YouTube account and website; plan, execute and analyze digital campaigns with overall
marketing strategies, communications, plans and objective
vTo oversee projects and events from conceptualization till execution and preparing post-event reports
・Monitor market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research/competitive analysis and work closely with R&D in new
product development
・Manage the expenses incurred in all marketing activities throughout the year within given A&P budget and also to project budget needs for the
following financial year
・Responsible for corporate communication; manage all communication materials and disseminating marketing materials contents for both internal
and external
・Other responsibilities as assigned by his/her superior in his/her department
・Nurture and grow new marketing members: As an advisor and knowledge sharing
・Co-work with sales team to support sales from the marketing point of view
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent
✓Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in other foreign language will be an added advantage
✓For Japanese speaker, there will be additional skill allowance
✓Computer literacy with Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel.
✓Familiar with graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage
✓Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to foster teamwork
Strong management and leadership skill
