Newly opening Luxury service apartment's operation management staff

(Before opening)

・Setting up service apartment service

・Plan & arrangement for all the operation details (cleaning, maintenance, reparse, security,)

・Selection of supplier, negotiation of agreement

(After opening)

・Managen all the service operation

・Handling service providers (Clearing, security, mandarinate)

・Monitoring service provider's job and quality.

・Coordinate & communication with counter party

・Maintain good relationship with service provider

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Education-Degree

✓at least 2-3 years of experience related to property management/Hotel operation management

✓Good communication in English (both speaking & writing)

✓Able to handle different kind of level of people (service supplier company management level, actual staff provide service)
