・To handle all conveyancing matters such as preparing SPA for project / sub-sales, loan, and other conveyancing files until completion / commercial agreement.

・Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.

・Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing the status report, and other types of work assigned by the firm/company from time to time.

・Advise clients on all aspects of buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances, and contracts.

・Any other tasks related to conveyancing that are not stipulated above.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law and possess a valid Practicing Certificate.

✓Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

✓At least 5 years of experience in sub-sales, sub-loan, projects and loans, and commercial agreements.

✓Able to work independently.

✓Junior lawyers who can communicate in either Cantonese or Mandarin are encouraged to apply although they may not have the relevant working experience.
