• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied & updated consistently.
• Responsible for analysing trends in the region to ensure benefit programs are in compliance with industry norms, identifying gaps and proposing solutions that are in line with company policies and pay philosophies.
• Review existing policies and procedures, drive process improvement to ensure best practice HR operations.
• Lead Business Continuity Plan (BCP) activities from a regional HR perspective
• HR process digitalization & maintenance of HR systems and processes.
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
• Implement effective performance review processes that benefit employees and assist managers in setting up clear goal outlines.
• Design and implement employee retention strategies.
• Advise people managers on employee relations matters including grievances, disputes, disciplinary cases, and terminations.
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
• Involve in any ad-hoc HR projects or reporting when required.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ At least 10 years of relevant experience
✓ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
✓ Well-versed with HR policies and procedures
✓ Strong interpersonal skills and detailed oriented
✓ Able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
✓ Prior regional experience or exposure will be an added advantage.
