【Back ground】
This company is going to establish in May and this position Mainly support a MD
【Job Description】
Human resources management:
Includes procedures for hiring new employees, calculating employee salaries and managing attendance, arranging employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Accounting and finance management:
Includes creating invoices and processing payments, managing deposits, overseeing accounting books, and performing financial closing tasks.
IT support:
Includes troubleshooting issues with employee PCs and networks, managing security, and overseeing system implementation and maintenance.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
Who can manage admin and accounting and at least 5 years experience
Very flexible person
Japanese is N2 level
Who can speak English and Chinese
