JOB DETAILJob Details
• Lead and manage the Tenants and Cleaning Team services on a day-to-day basis to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the daily operations.
• Liaison with local authorities concerning the adherence to policies, rules & regulations and its implementation.
• To ensure all Tenants are operating with company’s SOP, compliance with sanitation and safety regulations of the local authorities.
• Preserve the restaurant’s policies and legal requirements.
• Review operating results and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Ensure all Tenants cashiering procedures are processed in compliance with accounting standards.
• Respond to customer’s comments, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Take responsibility to resolve any issues arising from the tenants, such as water leaking, no water supply from building, grease trap pump faulty, restaurant power failure, equipment failure, gas supply stop, air-cond and exhaust not working, lift and escalator not function, POSM not working, maintenance issue, pest issue and etc.
• Hands-on when Tenants need you.
• Ensure all facilities works well on any time, include landlord facilities.
• Able to answer call / reply text message from tenants or landlord anytime.
• Alert on latest news / SOP / rules & regulation set by authorities and share to Tenants.
• Maintain good relationship with tenants, landlord and vendors.

• Must have a good understanding of company finances especially cost of Operation.
• Ensure Food Town facilities are well maintained at the required standards to provide for a safe and comfortable Dining experience. Such as air-cond and exhaust working well, utensils enough and clean, no broken table chairs, clean environment, hand wash sink works well, Tenant staff and cleaner in good grooming.
• Set up / re-organized Food Town following authorities SOP.
• Work closely with relevant departments in the organization to develop strategies on sales, marketing and customer retention.
• Collaborate with the management team in controlling purchases and inventory; negotiating prices and contracts; developing preferred supplier lists; reviewing and evaluating usage reports; analysing variances and taking corrective actions.
Such as Housekeeping, Pest Control, CIT, Maintenance Contractor, Plumber, Security Department, Dishwashing Machine Vendor, CCTV, POSM, Cash Machine System, Stationery Supplier, Chemical Supplier and etc.
• Able to handle internal software system.
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday.
• Flexible to schedule change when company need you.
• Able to work long hours when company need you.
• Perform any other tasks as and when instructed by the Superior from time to time.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Minimum 5 years’ experience in same or similar position; prior experience in food & beverage, retail is preferred.
✓ Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or Restaurant Services.
✓ Team-oriented approach to management with a mind-set of open communications.
✓Capable of building and managing relationships with multiple departments as well as key customers.
✓ Boundless energy & enthusiasm with “can do attitude”.
✓ Strong team player.
✓Acute financial management skills.
✓ Able to work independently.
✓Not an “Arm Chair” Manager and be able and willing to hands-on and spend time on the floor on a regular basis.
