・Job function and responsibilities
・ Develop new product & renew current product
・Conduct verification tests (Sensory, chemical, physical, biological)
・ Prepare documents such as formula, label and evaluation report.
・ Carry out trial & commercial run cummunicating with related departments.
・ Create new product concept and application based on market research
・ Communicate with sales, QAQC, SCM, production and Japan HQ R&D.

Job function and responsibility

・Check regulation and verify the risk by tests (Storage, transport and sensory evaluation) .
・Design spec and process to fit factory line.
・Investigate and evaluate new halal raw material.
・Carry out trial run and verify the risk for commercial run.
・Make and control document including formula, label and test data
・Communicate with sales and customer.
・Create new product concept and application based on market research
・Solve technical issue from the point of R&D view.
・Maintain good environment of R&D room/equipment/raw material/ samples.
・Report to R&D manager accordingly.
・Have a interectural curiosity to the marketing, food science and food culture
・Remain patience and persevering to realize good quality product

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓English, Malay Chinese (Business level)
✓Japanese( If available, there will be additional skill allowance)
✓Academic: bachelor's degree in food technology/Food Science/Microbiology/Chemistry
✓Cooking Skill
✓Computer literacy with Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel and Google Drive
✓Documentation Skill
✓Microbiological Test
✓Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to foster teamwork ✓Presentation and Reporting Skill
✓Working experience of R&D in any food manufacturing products for 3 years
✓Use few chemical and need to evaluate any kinds of food
✓No allergy is preferable especially egg and soy beans.
✓Working at Melaka office mainly but travel to KL frequently and sometime go to Singapore for meeting.
✓Own trasport
