•Compensation & Benefits Administration - To handle all aspects of payroll for all employees such as inputting of new hires data, calculation of overtime / timesheets / monthly expenses claims, final salary settlement, basic invoicing etc.
•Responsible for the registration or submission of statutory contributions, such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, LHDN etc.
•Staff Management & Discipline - Terminations of contract including staff grievance handling.
•Work closely with Recruitment Manager for new hires and candidates’ data updates
•Work closely with store managers to obtain employees’ monthly attendance, OT hours, expenses claims, leave updates, working performance etc.
•Responsible to project management, writing, and organizational skills
•Manage the provision of timely, consistent support and advice to managers, employees, and external parties ensuring compliance with employment legislation, S+N and local policies and good employment practice.
•Manage the effective and cost-efficient administration of end-to-end employee lifecycle transactional processes, including joiners, movers, leavers, pay changes, special leave types, and compensation and benefit administration for all employees and managers.
•Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee and company information.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent.
•The candidate must have at least 5 years of working experience in HR department.
•Well-versed in latest Malaysia Employment Law, labour regulations, HR policies and some basic administration works.
•Fluent in English both in written and spoken
•Good interpersonal & communication skills.
•Highly initiative with ability to work independently.
•Familiar with Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
•Highly adaptable and able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
•Any other tasks assigned as and when required.
