・Support on bonus calculation and payment process to Amway Distributors

・Support on accounts reconciliation and advise journal entries for ledger posting

・Support Withholding Tax and VAT computation

・Ensure compliance to Audit, Tax, Global Policies and Guidelines

・Handle related inquiries that raise from customer service team

・Work closely with team members and stakeholders to implement process improvement

・Ensure Service Level Agreement and monthly performance and productivity KPIs are met

・Ensure a high standard of customer service is always maintained

・Support migration activities from Affiliate to Global Business Services Centre and deployment to new system/process

・Ad-hoc administrative duties

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in finance / Accountancy or equivalent

✓Working experiences with 2-4 years in Accounting / Shared Services

✓Good analytical skills & highly dedicated to complete assigned tasks with accuracy & reliability

✓Experience in using any accounting system. Experience in Oracle software is an added advantage

✓Proficiency in English and Korean with good communication and writing skills (as the incumbent will be interacting with teams from different countries and supporting Korea)

✓Able to work effectively as a member in multi-functional teams
