・Spec in for new products and improved existing products according to customer requirement in order to get new
business and achieve pre-set new product themes.

・Analyse customers’ requirements and set targets. Spec in for new products and improved existing products
according to customer requirement.

・Ensure departmental budget achieved as per policy set

・Go for business trips in order to get customer/ market information, discuss/ trouble

・Monitor the progress of each theme (including that of subordinates) and ensure that progress is relative to set
targets.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Chemical
Engineering, Pure Chemistry

✓Excellent communication (written and spoken) in Japanese language (at least certified with JLPT Level 1/N1,
Level2/N2 or Level 3/N3)

✓Preferably Junior Executive with working experiences in Semiconductor Industry.

✓Required Skill(s): Positive attitude, love to meet and deal with people, willing to go for business trips frequently,
work in labs for log hours, pleasant personality, have deep interest in research work, able to attend/ conduct
meeting/ presentation with / to customers, able to conduct multi-tasking, good stress management and reporting
skills
