• Support and leads a variety of strategic efforts, process and playing a lead role in building annual/long-term strategic and business plans.

• A lead role in manages the planning and budgeting activities performed by business units. Establishes and reviews key strategic priorities and translates them into actionable and quantitative plans.

• Manage and develops business’s KPI infrastructure to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against plans and budgets as well as strategic objectives.

• Provide support, coaching, and development of strategy management personnel.

• Develops strategic threat identification and evaluation processes as well as overseeing their adoption across the business.

• Analyse long-term market trends and provides recommendation for business development opportunities.

• Support and ensure timely, focused and value adding strategic planning process.

• To manage Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle for the control and continual improvement of processes and products.

• To assist the management on strategies, processes and execution in environmental, social & governance-related and key goals in sustainability across the organisation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management Finance, Economics, or any other related business field.

✓Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in corporate strategy and planning position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment

✓Good command in English (written and spoken)

✓Have excellent analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen.

✓Effective communicator who is capable of building strong relationships, ability to foster positive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

✓Proficient in MS Office applications
