・Assist and work with Manager to execute task as given

・Responsible for Fixed Assets registration, tagging & depreciation

・Have knowledge of costing and basic analysis

・Checking costing GL account (PPV issue & NRV issue)

・Checking cost calculation accuracy

・Checking prepayment, deposit account and reconciliation

・Prepare journal voucher

・Prepare accrual, prepayment and deposit account schedule

・Reconciliation on unrealized gain/loss account

・Checking on inventory item

・Checking on FA reconciliation account and schedule

・Checking monthly costing closing & FA closing

・Have knowledge on SAP

・Checking monthly costing report

・Checking and amend HQ quarterly report

・Assist to prepare tax schedule

・Assist for yearly inventory count

・Assist for yearly fixed assets count

・Prepare weekly cost by division

・Coordinate with external auditor and tax agent during audit period (when necessary)

・QMS ISO Committee member

・Undertake ad-hoc assignments when required by the superior from time to time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.

✓Minimum 5 years (Senior) of experience in costing calculation, analysis and control managerial capacity, preferably in manufacturing costing experience in a multinational manufacturing industry or supply chain environment.

✓Solid knowledge of business principles and best practices to ensure sustainability of Business.

✓Able to drive continuous performance improvement.

✓Good knowledge of financial concepts and principles and business driven.

✓Strong proficiency in Excel
