・ Perform documentation and operations functions including generating, checking and follow-up with customers on contraction / execution
agreements to ensure all execution documents are in order

・ Validate and witness signatories for documents and agreements

・ Prepare relevant documents to ensure issuance of Letter of Credit to banks is in order

・ Prepare any other related documents

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent

✓ Strong analytical mind, observant and good communication skills

✓ Mature personality with right attitude, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills

✓ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided
