Assistant Manager/Manager

•To promote cash management business and achieve sales targets through implementing agreed
sales strategies and policies.

•Maintain and increase market share of the transaction business by reviewing existing business and
acquiring new opportunities within and outside new target customer.

•Collaborate with Relationship Manager to do marketing with listing up the potential clients

Prepare the presentation materials and conduct the sales presentation to corporate customers,
explaining and recommending services that expound customer value proposition

•Prepare the call/visit report after performing visits to customer.

•Proactively cross-sell the full range of integrated cash management solutions as well as other
transaction banking products within the Bank.

•To market the concept of new product/service, build up its pipeline with expected profit and support for the product.

•Work closely with Relationship Manager, Operation, Customer Support, Product Development team and other departments of the Bank

•Accurately report on status of customers deals on a timely manner throughout sales cycle.

•To gather the latest market information related to Transaction banking

•Ensure compliance to all internal guidelines and external regulations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics)

•Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience in selling transaction banking solutions to corporate customers; preferably in cash management services implementation/ selling customized cash management solutions experiences

•In-depth knowledge of Cash Management products and services

•High capability for problem-solving and decision-making skills

•Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
