・Develop and implement strategies / standard operating procedures for procurement.
・Compile incoming purchase request from branches and office on daily basis.
・Prepare and verify Purchase Orders for approval.
・Work closely with marketing to ensure all the packages and promotions are updated with the costing.
・Obtain quotation to ensure competitive pricing.
・Responsible for daily key in invoices and reconcile with PO before submission to Finance Department.
・Attend monthly stock inventory, tabulate & calculation of monthly closing stock, able to produce monthly reports.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Diploma, Advance /Higher equivalent.
✓Possess good communication skill in English, Mandarin & Malay.
✓Executive specializing in clerical/admin support, computer literate.
✓Minimum 5 years of working experience.
