• Oversee day-to-day IT operations which include infrastructure, LAN, network server and business applications to ensure smooth operations.

• Collaborate with Senior Management and relevant HODs to develop and execute the organization's MIS strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Lead, manage and supervise MIS team to ensure projects are being carried out and implemented accordingly.

• Handle and configure Microsoft AX Dynamic / SAP system.

• Attend to users’ requests, identify and troubleshoot problems.

• Recommend for process improvements for increased efficiency and achieve cost effectiveness.

• Provide regular support and training to MIS staff to increase staff expertise.

• Manage the budget for department and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

• Implement information security management process and monitor the compliancy throughout the organization.

• Ensure that company IT procedures comply with the IT Governance Rules set by HQ.

• Other tasks as assigned from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

✓ Added advantage with working experience in manufacturing industry.

✓ Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.

✓ Preferable to have experience in supervising a small team.

✓ Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

✓ Programming skill is a must!
