・ Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
• Utilize engineering principles and expertise to design, develop, and maintain various products, systems, or solutions.
• Perform analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure product quality and functionality.
Communication:
• Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Japanese-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally, to drive projects to successful completion.
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange.
Documentation:
• Create and maintain technical documentation in both Japanese and English for engineering projects, including manuals, reports, and specifications.
Problem Solving:
• Identify and resolve engineering issues, defects, or challenges in a timely manner.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve product performance and efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements for products or projects related to the Japanese market.
Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated with the latest engineering trends and technologies through self-study and professional development opportunities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software, or related field).

✓Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and colleagues.

✓Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

✓Technical proficiency and expertise in relevant engineering disciplines.

✓Experience in engineering project management is a plus.

✓Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.

✓Strong organizational and documentation skills.

✓Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.

Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools related to the specific field (e.g., CAD, programming languages, simulation software).

• Previous experience working in a multinational company or on international projects.

• Knowledge of Japanese business etiquette and culture.
