JOB DETAILJob Details

・Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in hardware and software technical problems within reasonable timeframe in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.

・Troubleshooting and administration of the Nutanix AHV virtualization server, network, internet access, phone, printer, door access, attendance system, CCTV, production systems, and infrastructure.

・Handling Accounting System in organization including SAP Business One (B1), AutoCount system and customized MRP system.

・Perform IT controlled equipment purchase arrangement, provide information and recommendation for computer purchase.

・Network administration including VLAN network plan and IP address maintenance.

・Maintain and update existing documentation or create new documentation.

・Create user guide and provide user training.

・Assist in generating ad-hoc reports whenever necessary.

・Assist in MIS project implementation.

・Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional

✓Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

✓At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in system implementation and support.

✓Experience in documentation of functional and technical specifications.

✓Experience in ERP or MRP process would be an added advantage.

✓Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, SQL

✓Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer – Software & Hardware or equivalent.

✓Must be self-motivated, able to learn quickly, meet deadlines and demonstrate problem solving skills. Demonstrate willingness to explore and learn new technologies.

✓Preferably candidate with End User environment.

✓Good interpersonal communication skills.

✓Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be added advantage.
