・Establishment of Underwriting Criteria: Setting underwriting criteria and policies, and instructing staff to adhere to them. This includes criteria related to credit scores, income levels, collateral, and repayment capacity.

・Guidance of Underwriting Staff: Providing guidance and training to underwriters and analysts to ensure consistent and accurate evaluations.

・Loan Application Review: Thoroughly reviewing loan applications, assessing the credit risk of borrowers, and considering factors such as credit history, income verification, and asset evaluation.

・Decision Documentation: Making decisions on loan approvals, rejections, or conditional approvals based on the underwriting results and documenting the rationale for each decision.
・Reporting and Record Keeping: Documenting the underwriting process and outcomes, submitting reports to management, and maintaining records of underwriting data.

・Proposal of Process Improvements: Recommending process and policy improvements in the underwriting process to enhance risk management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Examination　experience at least 5 years in credit assessment and related areas is essential. Previous roles as a credit analyst or credit officer are beneficial.

✓Credit Knowledge: A deep understanding of the credit assessment process, criteria, credit scoring models, and related concepts is crucial. Familiarity with the financial industry and lender policies is also important.

✓Leadership Skills: Credit Managers are responsible for leading and coordinating credit teams, so strong leadership skills are necessary.
