・System Management: Manage the company's internal information systems to ensure their smooth operation. This includes maintaining and monitoring systems such as servers, databases, networks, and software.
・Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects while managing budgets and schedules. This includes the implementation of new systems and upgrades to existing ones.
・Security Management: Ensure the security of systems and data, protecting them from cybersecurity threats. This involves creating and implementing security policies.
・User Support: Respond to technical support requests from employees and departments, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
・System Upgrades: Plan and implement system and software upgrades, apply patches, and introduce new versions.
・Backup and Recovery: Develop data backup strategies and ensure data recovery in case of disasters.
・Vendor Management: Manage collaboration with software and hardware vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor service delivery.
・Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT department's budget, striving for cost-efficiency.
・Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management and executives on the progress of IT projects and the health of the systems.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least 5 years experience in IT. Relevant experience may include roles in IT project management, system administration, network management, security management, among others. Managerial experience,SQL experiense

✓Technical Skills: A wide range of technical skills in areas such as system administration, network management, database administration, and security management is expected. Additionally, the ability to troubleshoot system and network issues is crucial.

✓Project Management: Proficiency in planning, executing, monitoring, and managing IT projects is required. Skills in budget management and schedule management for projects are also important.

✓Security Knowledge: Knowledge of system and data security is necessary, along with an understanding of cybersecurity.

✓Leadership Skills: Effective leadership skills are needed to lead IT teams and collaborate with other departments.
