・ To conduct sourcing and purchasing of material

To schedule delivery and shipment

To deal and liaise with vendors on quality, delivery and cost

Process and prepare Purchase Order, Vendor Evaluation & other related documents

All others tasks as assigned by Superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, & Mandarin (both written and spoken)

More than 3 years working experiences in procurement is preferable (especially in furniture industry)

Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft word & Microsoft Excel

Can work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure

Good personality and excellent communication skill

Must able to work in Shah Alam and can travel
