・ Cultivate and maintain a corporate identity or brand image for company

・ Undertake initiatives that mould company brand image, communicate Group value and culture in promoting the Group’s credentials, position and its acceptability in the marketplace to sustain a long-term positive reputation

・ Plan activities and programmes to communicate and engage with internal employees and externally with partners, customers and other stakeholders, and to project a unified message and a consistent corporate identity

・ Develop internal and external communication materials to keep staff / external parties informed of company initiatives / activities / events

・ Collaborate with Business Units to strategically position company products and services' unique selling points for business development purposes

・ Assist with branding and communication matters of initiatives / events, including content accuracy and the proper usage of corporate logo - all in accordance with company branding guidelines

・ Manage media, including company social network sites - all content posts to be uploaded/shared (including conceptualising and developing content), comments, and any edits of the Page

・ Handling designs and branding for corporate gifts


・ Conduct periodic checks to ensure information on website is updated; make further improvements where necessary

・ Organise corporate events

・ Performing business, product performance, and branding competitive analysis

・ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Journalism or equivalent

✓ Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience

✓ Possess good command of English with a flair for writing

✓ Meticulous, showing great attention to detail

✓ A team player, good interpersonal communication skills with a problem-solving attitude

✓ Result-oriented and resourceful

✓ Possess sense of urgency, able to multitask and work under pressure

✓ High self-motivation and able to work independently
