・Responsible for system design.

・Perform all aspects in equipment maintenance, installation, testing, configuration, trouble-shooting and resolve technical hardware and software issues.

・Perform necessary onsite troubleshooting, service support to customer's equipment or operating system issues.

・Perform post sales activities, include equipment installation, system commissioning, to ensure project smooth hand-over to customer.

・Work closely with customer, provide technical knowledge or training to acquaint customers with know how to optimize equipment.

・Responsible to drive, manage and continual system improvement activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or others equivalent field.

✓Minimum 4 years of experience with system support and commissioning related field.

✓Candidate should with background experience from Audio Visual /Public Address Systems.

✓With knowledge in ELV/Network & Security industries is an added advantage.

✓Able to draft design with AutoCAD.

✓Good analytical, with ability to analyse problem and visualize with appropriate solutions.

✓With good sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

✓Able to start work in short notice will be an added advantage.
