A. IT APPLICATION
1 To provide support for the business software applications such as Production System, Finance System, HR
System, EOLP System, SMS System, and etc.
2 To perform daily backup operation for business software application and related servers.
3 To develop and documentation standards for business software application related matters.
B. INFRASTRUCTURE
1 To manage and support Computers/Operating System/Printers/LCD Projector/Laptop/Polycom and etc.
2 To manage and support Windows Server such as AD/DNS/IP PABX/Anti-Virus/Files/Business application
/FTP and etc.
3 To manage and support Network Infrastructure such as Internet/Firewall/Switch/Router/Wifi/Wireless/Fiber
Optic/VPN, and etc.
4 To administrate Exchange server and user email account.
5 To develop and documentation standards for hardware/software/network/server related matters.
6 To perform daily backup operation for business software application and related servers.
C. GENERAL
To provide first level support for IT operations including IT systems and equipment's in the company.
2 To deliver quality response service on a daily basis and ensuring that any issues are logged prioritized and resolved within agreed timeframe.
D. SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL (SHE)
1 To ensure a clean, healthy and safe standard of working areas and facilities.
2 To ensure not breach of any statues, acts or regulations that may apply whilst performing duties.
3 To report unsafe conditions to superiors.
4 To support and be involved in the setting up and maintenance of SHE management system.
E. OTHERS
1 To cooperate with team to maintain filing & storage of documents well arranged.
2 To perform any duty or task assigned by superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Preferably Diploma / Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Technology.

✓Preferably at least 3 years working experience in related field, or in manufacturing

✓ Able to perform under pressure.

✓ Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
