・Supplier Management:
Identify and build relationships with reliable suppliers of resin molded parts from Hong Kong and other countries.
Negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers, ensuring cost optimization.
Import Procedures:
・Manage the import procedures for purchased parts,
ensuring compliance with customs regulations and other legal requirements.
Understand factors affecting costs and delivery timelines related to imports, develop effective logistics strategies.
Quality Management:
・Verify the quality of purchased resin molded parts,
ensuring they meet the requirements of the Malaysian home appliance manufacturer.
Address and resolve issues related to defective products, actively work on quality improvements.
Delivery Time Management:
・Conduct negotiations and schedule management for timely delivery,
ensuring parts are provided at the right stages of the production process.
Implement effective delivery time management based on production plans and demand forecasts.
Cost Management:
・Manage purchasing budgets, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and implement cost-saving measures.
Improve efficiency throughout the purchasing process to maintain competitiveness in terms of costs.
Communication:
・Collaborate closely with the Malaysian home appliance manufacturer,
understanding their needs and requirements, and facilitating effective information sharing.
Maintain smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders, actively address problem-solving.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Over 5 years of experience in procuring components and managing inventory for a leading home appliance manufacturer.
✓experience supplying imported components to companies engaged in large-scale production, contributing to efficient inventory management.
✓ experience in the import trade industry.
