・Ensuring Treatment Quality:
Oversee the quality of acupuncture treatments provided by the staff, providing specialized guidance to ensure safe and satisfactory services for clients.
・Staff Recruitment and Training:
Manage the recruitment process for new staff and design and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and specialized knowledge.
・Customer Service and Consultation Handling:
Maintain effective communication with clients, handling inquiries and consultations appropriately. Build trust with clients through responsive and effective communication.
・Reservation Management and Schedule Coordination:
Manage the reservation system and coordinate schedules, supporting efficient time management for the staff.
・Sales Promotion Activities:
Plan sales promotion events such as sales and special promotions, considering strategies to maximize revenue.
・Facility Management and Cleanliness Maintenance:
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of treatment rooms and equipment, planning and managing facility maintenance.
・Compliance with Regulations and Safety Management:
Adhere to regulations and compliance related to operating an acupuncture therapy center. Implement measures to ensure the safety of both staff and clients.
・Monitoring Sales and Business Metrics:
Analyze sales data and business metrics, strategizing and adjusting plans to achieve the store's goals.
・Team Building and Motivation Maintenance:
Build and maintain team motivation, fostering a cooperative environment. Collect staff opinions and ideas through regular meetings and feedback sessions, creating a positive working atmosphere.
・Cost Management:
Set and manage budgets, implementing effective cost control measures. Balance quality and cost-effectiveness in the selection of treatment materials and equipment.
・Marketing Activities:
Consider marketing strategies to enhance the center's visibility, planning and implementing advertising and promotional activities both online and offline.
・Tracking Industry Trends:
Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technological advancements in acupuncture therapy and beauty. Consider introducing new approaches and services to the center.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Looking for a managerial level of staff to take care of all stores in Malaysia. Oversee daily store operations, staff management, client servicing and achieve monthly sales target. Train new staff. Opportunity to train in SG headquarters.
