・Sales Support:
Provide support to the sales team by facilitating communication with customers and assisting in sales activities.
・Purchasing Support:
Support the entire purchasing process, ensuring smooth execution of tasks related to placing and receiving orders. Responsible for creating purchase orders and managing delivery schedules.
・Vendor Communication:
Engage in continuous communication with vendors and suppliers in Hong Kong, collecting information related to price negotiations and product adjustments.
・Import Procedure Support:
Assist in the procedures associated with importing goods, managing documentation for customs and shipping in the import process.
・Inventory Management:
Monitor the status of product inventory, conducting inventory management to maintain appropriate levels. Ensure timely updates and address shortages as necessary.
・Shipping and Delivery Coordination:
Coordinate the shipment of products and deliveries to the Malaysian home appliance manufacturer, managing logistics processes in accordance with schedules.
・Contract and Document Management:
Handle the creation and management of contracts and related documents, maintaining accurate information regarding transaction terms and contract details.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Over 3 years of experience in sales experience
✓who can use Autcount such as Stock(Stock Item Inquiry,Stock Card Report,Stock Balance Report)Sales(Sales Order
,Invoices,Multi Dimensional Sales Analysis),Purchase(Purchase Order,Purchase Invoice)
✓experience supplying imported components to companies engaged in large-scale production, contributing to efficient inventory support
✓ experience in the import trade industry.
✓Who can speak chinese
✓who can make contract and documentation relate with trading
