• Support in treasury and fund management functions including but not limited to processing of payments, fund transfer, placements, disbursement of financings, cash flow projection;

• Support in funding and banking facilities related matters including but not limited to drawdown, rollover, repayment, tracking of profit/interest, preparation of reports to lenders;

• Perform change of signatories, opening/closing of bank accounts and any other bank accounts related matters;

• Maintain good relationship with banks, investors, and other financial institutions regarding treasury matters

• Review terms and conditions of various debt facility documents

• Prepare budget, monthly management reports and other periodical / statutory reports

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent

✓Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial position in corporate treasury or relevant working experience

✓Experience in handling bank loans and its documents and managing cash flow

✓Adaptable to change and can be depended upon to complete the assignments conscientiously with minimum supervision

✓Good in time management, able to prioritise and deliver high quality work within strict deadlines
