・ 1. Product Management:
• Uploading new products to the e-commerce platform with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Ensuring that product information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.

2. Online Merchandising:
• Arranging and optimizing the display of products on the e-commerce website to improve visibility and sales.
• Creating product categories, filters, and featured sections to enhance the user experience.

3. Digital Marketing:
• Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the e-commerce platform.
• Managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and social media advertising. For social media advertising, suggest to get professional service for about 1-2 years, after well establish and everything on track then only change to this position to manage.
• Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns and making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

4. Customer Service:
• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance through various communication channels (chat, email, phone).
• Ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the purchasing process.

5. Order Management:
• Processing and managing customer orders, including order confirmation, tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Addressing order-related concerns such as refunds, returns, and exchanges.

6. Inventory Management:
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure products are in stock and available for purchase.
• Coordinating with the warehouse and suppliers to manage stock levels effectively.

7. Analytics and Reporting:
• Analyzing website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Creating regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
• Identifying areas for improvement in the online shopping process and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates.
• A/B testing various elements of the website, such as product descriptions, images, and checkout process.

9. Website Maintenance:
• Ensuring the e-commerce website is functional, user-friendly, and optimized for mobile devices.
• Collaborating with web developers to fix technical issues and implement enhancements.

10. Content Creation:
• Creating compelling and informative product descriptions, blog posts, and other content to engage customers.
• Developing visuals and multimedia content to showcase products and promotions.

11. Vendor and Supplier Management:
• Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to source products, negotiate terms, and manage relationships.

12. Market Research:
• Monitoring industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.

13. Promotions and Campaigns:
• Planning and executing sales promotions, discounts, and special offers to drive sales and attract customers.

14. Compliance and Data Protection:
• Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and e-commerce standards when handling customer data and transactions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or any field

✓2 years of working experience in digital marketing

✓Experience in product management, online merchadising.
